Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ghostsurfers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Ghost Bucks

Ghost Bucks is a community currency tied to the US dollar base value. Ghost Bucks are earned through participation in the Ghost Machine ecosystem and can be used at participating Host locations or donated to approved charitable organizations.

Community Guidelines

Members must conduct themselves respectfully within the community. The Ghost Bucks Formula rewards direct participation, not recruitment schemes. This is not a multilevel marketing platform.

Host Obligations

Hosts agree to accept Ghost Bucks as a payment form during Ghost Hours and to share 50% of revenues with the community as specified in the Ghost Bucks Formula.

Charitable Organizations

Charitable organizations must be approved by administrators to receive Ghost Bucks donations. Religious and political organizations are excluded from the charitable program.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity within the Ghost Machine ecosystem.
